Foliage Color in Design

One of the best ways to create interest along with low maintenance is the use of colored foliages in a Plant Design. Whether using a chartreuse foliage in a shady area to bring light into the darkness, or using a bright red foliage surrounded by deep greens for contrast and pop, there are many choices of plants that can be used in this way. Some of these plants are also dwarf in size which creates more possibilities for places to use them. By not having to prune to keep a plant the size we want it the maintenance burden is lowered.
